There are approximately 700 homes in Old Rosedale Gardens which fall in the school district of Livonia Public Schools. This area falls in the high school district of Livonia Franklin High School. I recently had a client purchase a home in this neighborhood and was just told about a great story. As the new homeowner was walking down the street going to the local florist she stopped and met one of her new neighbors. She was warmly welcomed to the neighborhood and went on her way. She went to the florist put her order on the counter and then was told by the clerk that her full order was paid for. She was told that a neighbor she had just met called ahead and let the florist know they would pay for her entire order.
