State Streets of Livonia Michigan

State Streets of Livonia Michigan

Welcome to the State Streets of Livonia Michigan.  This neighborhood is located in southern Livonia just north of Joy Rd and east of Farmington.  From the moment you enter this well taken care of neighborhood you will notice a great sense of homeowner pride.  The yards, homes, streets and general area’s are all well taken care of.  It seems like every time I am in the area there are people out enjoying what the area has to offer.   The neighborhood can be just about as confusing as the sign you see here to your left.  The streets are windy and you may come to a sign that has multiple streets on it as opposed to just one.  Many of the local residents have commented to me about how they just love the convenience this area has to offer.  Just to name a few great things close by:  Hines Park, St Mary Mercy Hospital, Livonia Rec Center, Livonia Library and Livonia City Hall.  If you or anyone you know is looking to buy or sell real estate in the general area please feel free to contact us at BobandTeena@Yahoo.com or 734-578-6561.

In the next few pictures we will show a few local attractions to the area.  The first picture is of Grant Elementary which is located pretty much right in the center of the neighborhood.  There are paths that cut through the neighborhood that the neighborhood kids can use to easily access the school.  The school district for the area is Livonia Public Schools with the featured high school of Livonia Franklin.  Next up we see a park sign for Mies Park.  Mies park is right next to Grant Elementary and offers load to do for just about everyone.  The last of this cluster of three pictures is showing a street view of what the neighborhood of State Streets looks like.  Feel free to visit www.BobandTeena.com or www.RealEstateBusyBees.com anytime for more information.

Sell Livonia Michigan Homes and Real Estate

Sell Livonia Michigan Homes and Real Estate

Livonia Michigan 6 Mile and Newburgh  When considering selling your Livonia Michigan home one of the first things to do is acquire knowledge.  The old saying knowledge is power is so very true when you are entering the world of real estate sales.  Just a few things to start looking into:  home pricingsold prices, price per square foot homes are selling for, appraisal process, market conditions, real estate market types, hyper local sales prices (prices down to your subdivision specific), what real estate agents are currently doing, etc, etc.

Feel free to contact us anytime if you or anyone you know is considering buying or selling real estate in Livonia Michigan.  We can be accessed directly at 734-578-6561 or email:  BobandTeena@Yahoo.com

When the time comes to sell your home here are a few things to consider thinking about.

*  Be open-minded to hearing how your local market is doing–Stick to the facts then plan accordingly.

*  Choose a real estate professional you know is successful and enjoy working with.  Typically the best way to choose is someone who knows your area and does frequent business in it.

*  Make sure the home is not dated with any decorating that is way out of style.  Many people looking to buy a home in Livonia seem to prefer to do as little work/updating as possible and seem to be willing to pay for it.

*  Price competitive for your style home, unless your offer is cash you very well could have bank appraisal issues down the road if you don’t.

*  Market the home to the fullest extent possible.  The more potential home-buyers that see your home should in theory net you a better offer.

*  What type of real estate market are we in:  Buyers market, Sellers Market or in-between?

Of course there are many other factors to consider that you will uncover while you meet with your real estate professional.  I always recommend sitting down together and going over all the latest trends in our market place.  When sitting down with a real estate professional see what information they provide and how you FEEL about it.   This will help fully prepare you to make this a successful transaction right from the start.

Buying a Livonia Michigan Home

Buying a Livonia Michigan Home

Livonia Michigan City Sign

It’s time for you to go out and look for that perfect Livonia Michigan home.  Chances are you have been looking around on the web for some time now and are wondering what the next step is?  Livonia is a big city (36 square miles) with just under 100,000 residents and a few things you need to know before you physically get started.  If you or anyone you know is looking to buy or sell a home in Livonia Michigan please feel free to contact us with any real estate related questions.  Our email is BobandTeena@Yahoo.com or call/text at 734-578-6561

*  First up it would be a great idea to sit down/interview a few local real estate agents.  If you elect to work with a real estate professional you might as well make sure they are a good fit right up front.

*  It is also a good idea to get pre-approved right away.  Finding a comfortable price range for you is well worth the upfront effort.  Again it is nice to make sure you and your lender are a good fit right up front.

*  After the first two suggestions have been taken care of it is now time to take about 45 minutes to sit down with your real estate professional.  During this meeting you will cover what is currently going on in your target market.  I can’t say how many times I have been told this step alone has made the whole house hunting process a success.
